We're Hiring: Associate Software Technical Lead – Java Backend
- 4–6 years of experience in Java backend development
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot & Microservices
- Experience with REST APIs & Enterprise System Integrations
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, JPA/Hibernate & SQL Optimization
- Knowledge of RabbitMQ, Event-Driven Architecture & Distributed Systems
- Experience with Payment Systems, Card Management & Secure Application Development
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes & CI/CD Practices
- Strong technical leadership, code review & mentoring skills
