Key Responsibilities

1. Design and architect end-to-end solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 to meet business and technical requirements.
2. Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to understand solution requirements and define scalable architecture.
3. Lead solution design workshops and provide architectural guidance for Dynamics implementations and enhancements.
4. Define system architecture, integration strategies, and data flow between Microsoft Dynamics and external systems such as ERP, CRM, and third-party applications.
5. Ensure best practices are followed in solution design, configuration, customization, and deployment.
6. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development and functional teams.
7. Review and validate solution designs, technical specifications, and development deliverables.
8. Oversee system performance, security, scalability, and maintainability considerations in architecture design.
9. Support data migration, system integration, and environment setup activities.
10. Collaborate with QA teams to ensure solutions meet functional and non-functional requirements.
11. Provide support during system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production deployments.
12. Maintain architectural documentation, design standards, and governance frameworks.
13. Evaluate new technologies, tools, and enhancements related to Microsoft Dynamics solutions.

Skills and Qualifications

1. 8+ years of overall IT experience, with 4+ years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 architecture or solution design roles.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
3. Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service, or similar.
4. Proven experience in designing enterprise-level Microsoft Dynamics solutions.
5. Strong knowledge of system integration, APIs, middleware, and data migration strategies.
6. Experience with Microsoft Azure, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), and related Microsoft technologies.
7. Solid understanding of solution architecture principles, security frameworks, and performance optimization.
8. Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies.
9. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
10. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
11. Ability to lead technical teams and providearchitectural governance.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional but Recommended)

1. Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., Solution Architect, Functional Consultant, or Technical Architect certifications).
2. Experience in manufacturing, retail, logistics, or supply chain domains.
3. Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and release management.
4. Experience in cloud-based solution architecture using Microsoft Azure.
