Key Responsibilities

1. Configure and support FastReact Scheduling modules to manage production schedules.
2. Develop and maintain finite production schedules based on machine capacity, labor availability, material readiness, and order priorities.
3. Configure scheduling parameters including:
4. Resource allocation
5. Line and machine capacities
6. Operation sequences
7. Shift calendars
8. Lead times and dependencies
9. Collaborate with production and planning teams to ensure schedules meet operational targets.
10. Monitor scheduling performance and identify bottlenecks and capacity constraints.
11. Perform schedule simulations to test production scenarios and improve throughput.
12. Support production sequencing and prioritization to meet delivery deadlines.
13. Analyse scheduling outputs and recommend improvements for better resource utilization and efficiency.
14. Ensure accurate scheduling data synchronization between FastReact and ERP systems.
15. Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production deployments.
16. Troubleshoot scheduling issues, system conflicts, and performance challenges.
17. Maintain documentation related to scheduling configurations and workflows.
18. Provide day-to-day functional support to planners and production teams.
19. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance scheduling performance.

Required Skills & Experience

1. 5+ years of experience in production scheduling or manufacturing planning environments.
2. Hands-on experience with FastReact Scheduling configuration and operations.

14. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
15. Ability to interpret scheduling outputs and identify improvement opportunities.
16. Good stakeholder coordination and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

1. Exposure to FastReact Planning modules.
2. Experience with APS tools such as Relex, Optimity, Kinaxis, or similar.
3. Knowledge of production simulation and scheduling optimization techniques.
4. Familiarity with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
5. Basic understanding of data mapping and integration workflows.
6. Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments.
