Key Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business needs and gather functional and non-functional requirements.
2. Analyze, document, and validate business and system requirements using appropriate elicitation techniques such as interviews, workshops, and document analysis.
3. Prepare clear and detailed requirement documents, including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and user stories where applicable.
4. Support the design and development teams by clarifying requirements and ensuring alignment with business expectations.
5. Conduct user presentations, training sessions, and product walkthroughs when required.
6. Work closely with the QA team to review test cases and validate delivered functionality to ensure it meets business and customer requirements.
7. Maintain proper documentation and version control for all requirement-related artifacts.
8. Assist in managing requirement changes and track updates throughout the project lifecycle.
9. Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and support defect clarification and resolution.

Skills and Qualifications

1. 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
4. Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
5. Ability to document requirements clearly and concisely.
6. Basic understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
7. Experience working with documentation tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, or similar tools is an advantage.
8. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
9. Experience in the apparel, textile, or manufacturing domain will be considered an added advantage.
