Key Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate with stakeholders and management to provide timely updates on risks, dependencies, and overall project status.
• Develop and maintain a detailed project plan to monitor and track project progress.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Ensure proper resource availability and allocation across project activities.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.
• Measure project performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and coaching to team members to improve productivity and collaboration.
• Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams including development, QA, business stakeholders, and planning teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Experience / Qualifications / Skills / Knowledge

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Project Management within an Agile environment.
• Mandatory experience in the Apparel domain
• Scrum and Project Management related certifications are an advantage.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, MS Project, or Trello.
• Exposure to Planning processes and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems is important and considered a strong advantage.
• Experience working in a Product-based environment will be a definite advantage.
