Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business needs and gather functional and non-functional requirements.
• Analyze, document, and validate business and system requirements using appropriate elicitation techniques such as interviews, workshops, and document analysis.
• Prepare clear and detailed requirement documents, including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and user stories where applicable.
• Support the design and development teams by clarifying requirements and ensuring alignment with business expectations.
• Conduct user presentations, training sessions, and product walkthroughs when required.
• Work closely with the QA team to review test cases and validate delivered functionality to ensure it meets business and customer requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation and version control for all requirement-related artifacts.
• Assist in managing requirement changes and track updates throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and support defect clarification and resolution.

Skills and Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to document requirements clearly and concisely.
• Basic understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
• Experience working with documentation tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, or similar tools is an advantage.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in the apparel, textile, or manufacturing domain will be considered an added advantage.
