Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and versatile Business Development Executive (BDE) to support our Business Development and sales team. This role is a blend of administrative support, lead generation, coordination, and business development execution. The ideal candidate will take ownership of ensuring that business development actions are carried out effectively, support proposal creation, coordinate cross-functional tasks etc…
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through research, outreach, and networking.
Support in preparing proposals, presentations, and RFP responses.
Maintain and update the CRM system with leads, opportunities, and progress.
Track and follow up on leads and opportunities to ensure momentum.
Assist in planning and executing business development events, webinars, and client engagements.
Coordinate logistics and communication for events, campaigns, and initiatives.
Support marketing efforts tied to business development campaigns.
Prepare regular business development progress reports, highlighting pipeline updates and pending actions.
Candidate Profile
1–3 years of experience in business development, sales coordination, or sales support.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Good communication skills (written and verbal) for documentation, proposals, and coordination.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and drive accountability across multiple stakeholders.
