Key Responsibilities

• Actively contribute to the ERP Practice with a core focus on SAP (ECC/S4HANA), while also supporting emerging ERP systems such as Acumatica and Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Support end-to-end ERP project lifecycle activities: requirements analysis, solution design, implementation, user training, and post-go-live support.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of implementation methodologies, delivery frameworks, and quality assurance processes across projects.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business goals and translate them into effective ERP solutions.
• Stay up to date with the latest ERP technology trends, product enhancements, and regulatory changes to inform project execution and future practice development.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a high-performance team culture.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in information systems, Business Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10+ years of ERP experience including 05+ years as a Senior Consultant, with demonstrable potential for leadership roles.
• Strong cross-functional knowledge of core SAP modules (FICO, MM, SD, PP, WM, PM, HCM, etc.).
• Proven experience in managing or implementing SAP ECC and/or S4HANA.
• Working knowledge and/or implementation experience in Acumatica and Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus.
• Exposure to budgeting, resource planning, and client-facing activities (presentations, proposal support) is beneficial.
• Strong expertise in business process mapping, gap analysis, and To-Be process design.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Foundational project management skills are an advantage.
