Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of SAP B1 implementation, upgrade, and rollout projects — from initiation to post-go-live support.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate internal teams (functional consultants, developers, QA, support) and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation plans.
• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones while maintaining high quality standards.
• Facilitate regular status meetings and provide accurate reporting to internal leadership and clients.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and relationship management.
• Ensure adherence to SAP B1 best practices and delivery methodologies.
• Manage change requests, control scope creep, and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Support pre-sales activities such as effort estimation, project planning, and client presentations when required.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years specifically managing SAP B1 projects.
• Strong understanding of SAP B1 modules (Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Production, etc.).
• Proficient with project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or Asana.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with offshore and distributed teams is an advantage.
