Senior Technical Recruiter
We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs across departments.
- Source, screen, and shortlist top-tier technical talent through various platforms and channels.
- Conduct detailed technical interviews and assess candidates’ skills in alignment with role requirements.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
- Coordinate with HR and department heads to ensure smooth hiring operations and workforce planning.
- Utilize recruitment tools, ATS, and data analytics to improve hiring efficiency and quality.
- Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring strategies.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Information Technology.
- Proven experience (4–6+ years) in technical recruitment or IT talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and hiring practices in the IT industry.
- Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job boards, networks, and other platforms.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze job requirements and match them with the right technical talent.
- Proficiency in using ATS platforms and other recruitment tools.
- Self-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple roles and priorities effectively.
