Senior Technical Recruiter

We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs across departments.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist top-tier technical talent through various platforms and channels.
  • Conduct detailed technical interviews and assess candidates’ skills in alignment with role requirements.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
  • Coordinate with HR and department heads to ensure smooth hiring operations and workforce planning.
  • Utilize recruitment tools, ATS, and data analytics to improve hiring efficiency and quality.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring strategies.

 

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Information Technology.
  • Proven experience (4–6+ years) in technical recruitment or IT talent acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and hiring practices in the IT industry.
  • Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job boards, networks, and other platforms.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze job requirements and match them with the right technical talent.
  • Proficiency in using ATS platforms and other recruitment tools.
  • Self-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple roles and priorities effectively.
