We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Development Coordinator to support and drive our business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in tracking business development activities, creating structured action plans, coordinating follow-ups, and ensuring execution. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to transform ideas and strategies into actionable steps.
Key Responsibilities
Tracking & Reporting
Maintain an updated pipeline of business development activities, prospects, and opportunities.
Track progress against business development goals and KPIs.
Prepare regular reports and dashboards for management review.
Planning & Coordination
Develop and maintain structured action plans based on ongoing business development efforts.
Coordinate follow-ups with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Ensure timely execution of agreed business development activities.
Documentation & Communication
Take detailed notes during meetings and prepare professional minutes of meetings (MoMs).
Document business development strategies, key discussions, and next steps.
Circulate meeting outcomes, follow-ups, and reminders to all relevant stakeholders.
Execution Support
Assist the business development team in research, outreach, and proposal preparation.
Coordinate with marketing, delivery, and operations teams to align on business development activities.
Act as a central point of communication to ensure alignment and accountability.
Candidate Profile
2–4 years of experience in business development coordination, sales operations, or project management.
Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (including note-taking and professional documentation).
Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; experience with CRM tools
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and drive accountability across multiple stakeholders.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
