HR Intern / HR Associate
We are looking for a HR Intern / HR Associate to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
- Help manage and update HR systems and databases
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
- Coordinate with IT and Admin teams to ensure smooth onboarding/offboarding (e.g., system access, accounts setup)
- Assist with data entry, report generation, and process automation using tools like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
Candidate Profile
- Educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- Basic understanding of HR systems and common tools (e.g., Excel, HR software)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with care and accuracy
- Working knowledge of Excel formulas and basic data management
