Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring best practices and code optimization.
• Design and maintain web applications using Next.js, Nest.js, and MongoDB.
• Develop secure RESTful and GraphQL APIs and optimize MongoDB queries.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and automate testing.
• Monitor and improve application performance, ensuring security and best coding practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.

Candidate Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in full-stack development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in Next.js, React, TypeScript, and modern UI frameworks.
• Expertise in Nest.js, Node.js, MongoDB, and microservices architecture.
• Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
• Strong skills in unit testing, Git, and debugging tools.
• Understanding of web security, OAuth, and performance optimization.
• Familiar with Scrum/Kanban, JIRA, and Trello.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
