Talent Acquisition Manager

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business needs.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Lead and mentor the recruitment team, ensuring effective collaboration with hiring managers.
  • Build and maintain a strong employer brand to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Monitor and report recruitment metrics and KPIs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience and promote diversity and inclusion.
  • Maintain compliance with recruitment laws and best practices.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in human resources field.
  • 8+ years of experience in recruitment, with 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of recruitment tools, data analytics, and employment law.
