Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business needs.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Lead and mentor the recruitment team, ensuring effective collaboration with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a strong employer brand to attract high-quality candidates.
- Monitor and report recruitment metrics and KPIs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and promote diversity and inclusion.
- Maintain compliance with recruitment laws and best practices.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in human resources field.
- 8+ years of experience in recruitment, with 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment tools, data analytics, and employment law.
