Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Acumatica ERP.
• Assist with up-front implementation discovery, project analysis, scope of work creation, proposal building, and complex fit-gap analysis.
• Administer Windows Servers, Microsoft SQL, and IIS, including installation, monitoring, patching, and troubleshooting of issues, system errors, and outages.
• Follow established implementation standards to ensure consistency and quality.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of new or improved service delivery strategies and initiatives.
• Develop and maintain project documentation and client reports.
• Provide ongoing support by answering application questions, tracking issues, monitoring changes, and resolving or escalating problems according to company guidelines.
• Assist in strategically responding to functional elements of requirements.
• Design, plan, and deliver product and technology presentations for partners and at field events such as conferences, seminars, etc.
• Design, develop, and implement customizations and integrations for Acumatica ERP.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting during Acumatica implementations.
• Conduct system testing and ensure the quality of deliverables.
• Train end-users on Acumatica functionalities and customizations.
• Stay updated on the latest Acumatica features and updates to provide cutting-edge solutions to clients.

Candidate Profile

• Proficiency in Acumatica ERP and its customization tools.
• 3-5 years of experience working with Acumatica ERP.
• Strong knowledge of .NET, C#, and SQL for development and integration tasks.
• Experience with cloud-based ERP systems and APIs.
• Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members to achieve project goals.
• Experience with Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS).
• Familiarity with AWS and Azure environments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
