Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Develop and maintain process maps and workflows using tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
• Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
• Facilitate workshops to validate process designs with cross-functional teams.
• Provide recommendations for process optimization and automation.
• Support project managers in delivering process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure alignment of processes with organizational goals.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, focusing on process mapping.
• Proficient in process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
