We are looking for a Manager/ Assistant Manager – BU HR to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the performance management cycle, including goal setting, appraisals, and performance tracking.
- Identify training needs, coordinate programs, and track training effectiveness.
- Lead engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and gather feedback through surveys to improve employee satisfaction.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and compliance with labor laws.
- Identify and implement HR process improvements and stay updated on industry best practices.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR operations, focusing on performance management, training, and employee engagement.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to analyze HR data and provide insights.
