Key Responsibilities

• Manage and participate in consultancy, data analysis, and software implementation projects.
• Lead or attend process development workshops.
• Analyze data and KPIs to derive actionable insights.
• Present findings and results to customers at both operational and management levels.
• Responsible for the Solution Design Document, creating process maps, and outlining UI workflow designs.
• Configure RELEX tools based on customer specifications through SQL queries.
• Educate and train customers to use RELEX tools.
• Provide ongoing user support for customers.
• Track KPIs, ensure business case objectives are met, and ensure proper system adoption.
• Support the sales process as a product or supply chain specialist.
• Attend relevant industry or RELEX events as required.
• Continuously develop knowledge and skills through training.
• Assist with general sales and administrative tasks as needed.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain management (operational or consultancy role).
• Experience with Apparel, CPG, or FMCG manufacturers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand SCM systems from both business and IT perspectives.
• Confident in interacting with customer stakeholders.
• Native-level English communication skills.
