Key Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in consultancy, data analysis, and software implementation projects, particularly S&OP frameworks for manufacturing clients.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between Sales, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.
• Define and implement S&OP governance models, best practices, and demand forecasting models.
• Align supply planning with demand forecasts and implement Master Production Scheduling (MPS) and Rough-Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP).
• Optimize manufacturing models (MTO, MTS, ETO) and present findings to customers at both operational and management levels.
• Manage Solution Design Documents, process maps, and UI workflow designs.
• Configure RELEX tools through SQL queries and provide training and user support.
• Track KPIs, ensure the business case is met, and support S&OP sales processes.
• Attend industry events and training to develop knowledge and skills.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 years experience of S&OP, Manufacturing/Retail Planning in an operational role OR supply chain management in a consultancy role.
• Experience with Apparel, CPG, or FMCG manufacturers.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Familiar with SCM systems from both business and IT perspectives.
• Proficient in SQL and fluent in English.
• Degree qualified or 5+ years of experience in manufacturing.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in business growth.
