Key Responsibilities

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience managing large-scale ERP programs.
• SAP B1 experience is a plus.
• Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Strong skills in risk management, change management, and strategic planning.
• Experience in vendor and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• PMP, PgMP, or SAFe certifications are a plus.
